1. Digital Products (E-books, Calendars, Guides, Printables)

- All digital product sales are final.

- Due to the nature of downloadable files, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been purchased and delivered.

- If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us at nighthuntersinfo@gmail.com and we will ensure you receive your product.

 

2. Advertising Listings & Promotions

- Payments made for advertising space, directory listings, or promotional placements are non-refundable once your listing or advertisement is live.

- If your listing has not yet gone live, you may request a cancellation and refund within 48 hours of payment.

- We reserve the right to deny listings that breach our Terms & Conditions (for example, inappropriate or misleading content).

 

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

You were charged in error (duplicate payments)

.The product or service was not delivered as described.
